The establishment, which is already a success, is now part of the Roda de Boteco Festival and, to praise its participation in the award that will elect the best bar in the city, Imperium Churrascaria presents its dish for the competition: Pork ribs a La Imperium — Pork ribs prepared the grandma’s way accompanied by crunchy chestnut and raisin farofa, manioc puree with cottage cheese and mint jelly.

The first edition of the Roda de Boteco Festival in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim began on May 6th and continues until June 5th. There are 14 pubs vying for the title of best in the region. They created unique snacks, which the public will be able to taste in this almost one month of competition. In the evaluation, the bartenders must take into account the taste and originality of the snack, temperature of the drink, service and hygiene of the place.

The voting machines are located in the establishments themselves. Boteco do Caranguejo, Boteco Mister Pig, Cervejiiinha, Conveniência S/A, Eco Bar, Ilha Pub, Imperium Churrascaria, Katatas, Moustache, Clay Pot Brazilian Foods, Clay Pot Retro, Pedroni’s Bar, Manager’s Reserve and Gourmet balcony. At the end of the text, you can check each snack created – and the address of each bar.

The winner will be revealed on June 11, at Botecão – the moment of the festival in which all the bars/bars gather in the city’s Exhibition Park. In addition to awarding Best Boteco and Best Waiter, the party ends with a three-hour show by Alexandre Pires, on the Baile do Nego Véio tour. Tickets for Botecão can be purchased through Blueticket or Chilli Beans in Cachoeiro.
